Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer Merge to Create New Airport-to-Hotel Transportation Service
Two major companies that provide airport-to-hotel transportation to Disney World guests have announced that they are merging their services. Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer will combine their operations to create a new service called Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine.
The new service will begin on August 1, 2023. It will offer 24/7 service to all Disney World hotels and be fully wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant.
Guests with reservations with either Mears Connect or Sunshine Flyer will be automatically transitioned to the new service. If you have any questions, contact the customer care team at (407) 423-5566.

The new service will not offer train-themed transportation, but it will still feature the same comfortable and convenient buses used by Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- Sunshine Flyer guests arriving and departing in July will take their trip with the Sunshine Flyer.
- If you arrive in July but depart in August, you’ll be transported through Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine.
- All ticketing information will now operate from the Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine ticketing portal.
