Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks, Experiences and Products division. The park opened on May 1, 1989, as Disney-MGM Studios, and was the third of four theme parks built at the resort. The park is dedicated to the film industry, and features attractions, shows, and dining based on movies and television.

The park is divided into eight themed lands: Hollywood Boulevard, Echo Lake, Toy Story Land, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Animation Courtyard, Sunset Boulevard, Muppet*Vision 3D, and Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away.

  • Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

  • Slinky Dog Dash
    • This family-friendly roller coaster takes you on a fun and playful journey through Toy Story Land.
    • You’ll race alongside Slinky Dog as you twist and turn through the toy box.
  • Toy Story Mania!
    • This 4D interactive attraction lets you compete against your friends in a series of carnival games.
    • You’ll use your blaster to shoot targets, toss rings, and more.
  • Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
    • This new dark ride attraction takes you on a journey through the world of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
    • You’ll board a runaway train and experience all sorts of wacky adventures.
  • Star Tours – The Adventures Continue
    • This motion simulator attraction takes you on a journey through the Star Wars galaxy.
    • You’ll meet iconic characters, like Darth Vader and Han Solo, and experience some of the most famous battles from the Star Wars saga.
  • Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
    • This live action show recreates some of the most famous stunts from the Indiana Jones movies.
    • You’ll see cars flip, explosions, and more.
  • The Muppets 3D Movie Theater
    • This 3D movie theater shows a variety of Muppet-themed shorts and films.
    • You’ll see your favorite Muppets like Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and Gonzo.
  • Walt Disney Presents
    • This attraction takes you on a journey through the life and work of Walt Disney.
    • You’ll see clips from his movies, learn about his early life, and more.
  • Animation Courtyard
    • This area of the park is home to several attractions that showcase the art of animation.
